Use a polishing cloth to remove tarnish. Use mild soap & warm water to remove dirt and clean your jewelry.

Please remove jewelry prior to intense/vigorous physical activity (i.e. big wave surfing, punching a wall, during a wrestling match, you get the idea). Your jewelry is durable but can't withstand lots of force/impact.
