Unused & undamaged pieces can be exchanged for jewelry that is the same or lower in price.

Custom/personalized items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Defective/broken jewelry will always be repaired for free if it is a fault on our end.

A fee is charged if the repair needed is due to wear and tear on the buyer's end. Sh*t happens!

Defective jewelry as well as every bit of scrap metal is recycled in the 428 studio so that no material goes to waste. Using recycled silver or gold does not impact the quality of jewelry, it only reduces waste.

My jewelry is made for everyone and anyone. I don't want to hold anyone back from looking awesome, which is why I don't label my jewelry as men's or women's. If you love it, wear it!

Every piece of jewelry and metal art is handmade in small batches in the 428 Studio. Mass production requires more energy and resources, and creates more waste throughout the production process than items produced locally, in small batches.
